Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology

Bachelor in Hotel Management Catering & Technology is a full time four years under graduate programme designed to cater to the present day industry requirement of qualified and skilled hospitality professionals. During the tenure of the programme students undergo an intrinsic learning of hotel operations, management and administration.

BHMCT follows a CBCS based curriculum divided in eight semesters. While, Food Production, F & B Service, Hotel Housekeeping and Front Office Operations form the base of the learning pyramid, an adequate emphasis is laid on allied subjects such as Food Science & Nutrition, Hygiene & Sanitation, Hotel Law, Hotel Accountancy, Financial Management, Facility Planning, Human Resource Management, Sales & Marketing, Principles of Marketing and many more. Qualified faculties, well designed lesson plans, modern teaching techniques, continuous evaluation and real time assignments ensure comprehensive development of the students.
