Admission Process
Step-1: Apply for admission to IIMT University directly by filling up the admission form available both online or offline. Offline admission forms may be obtained from the University or its authorized representative.

Step-2: Submit the form along with all documents as specified below to the authorized representative.
• Photocopies of all previous qualifications
• Copy of valid passport
• English Translations of qualifying documents (if not in English) duly notarized.

Step-3: Pay Fee mentioned as per the fee structure provided by the University through Bank Transfer only. To obtain bonafide letter, a registration fee of $500.00 (USD Five hundred only) must be remitted to the University.

Step-4: The University issues bonafide letter to the student.

Step-5: The student applies for Visa along with all necessary documents and bonafide letter.

Step-6: The student remits through bank transfer the Fee as stated below:
 Annual course fee
 Hostel fee
 Academic & Hostel Security Fee

Step-7: On arrival in India, obtain clearance from Association of Indian Universities (AIU) for
becoming eligible to pursue your chosen program.

Step-8: Report to the University as per academic calendar provided by the University.

NOTE: Fee once paid is non-refundable. If the University finds the student ineligible for a particular course/program, his/her  candidature will stand cancelled. However, the student may request to adjust the fee if seeking admission in any other course.


 Please ask to see authorization letter of the representative. The University will not be held liable in case the student enters into any financial arrangements with any unauthorized representative or even with an authorized representative.

 Counselors and authorized representatives can only provide information about the University, courses and fee structure. They are not authorized to take admission or accept fees on behalf of the University.

 The students, at their discretion, may deposit fee in form of International Demand Draft payable on any bank in India. However, it is suggested that students pay their fee directly to the University by Bank transfer or in cash at the University fee deposit counter.
