Admission Process 
 
Step-1: Apply for admission to IIMT University by filling up the Registration Form given below

Step-2: Submit the form along with all documents as specified below to the University on isac@iimtindia.net.  
  1. Photocopies of all previous qualifications
  2. Copy of valid passport
  3. English Translations of qualifying documents (if not in English) duly notarized. 
Step-3: Obtain bonafide letter by paying a fee of $500.00 (USD Five hundred only) to the University. 
 
Step-4: The University issues Provisional Admission/Bonafide letter to the student. 
 
Step-5: The student applies for Visa along with all necessary documents and bonafide letter. 
 
Step-6: The student remits through bank transfer the Fee as stated below: 
  • Annual course fee 
  • Hostel fee 
  • Academic & Hostel Security Fee & other charges whatever applicable for the first year of study. 
 
Step-7: On arrival in India, obtain clearance from Association of Indian Universities (AIU) for becoming eligible to pursue your chosen program. The student is also required to fulfill FRRO requirements as required by Government of India. The University will provide assistance in acquiring FRRO clearance. 
 
Step-8: Report to the University as per academic calendar provided by the University.

Please use SWIFT Code only to transfer funds Internationally. It may take upto 7 working days for funds to reflect in our account. Book your air tickets only after receiving confirmation of receipt of Complete First Year Fee (Course Fee+Hostel Fee+Security) as mentioned in Offer Letter.

  • Please ask to see authorization letter of the representative. The University will not be held liable in case the student enters into any financial arrangements with any unauthorized representative or even with an authorized representative.  
  • Counselors and authorized representatives can only provide information about the University, courses and fee structure. They are not authorized to take admission or accept fees on behalf of the University.  
  • The students, at their discretion, may deposit fee in form of International Demand Draft payable on any bank in India. However, it is suggested that students pay their fee directly to the University by Bank transfer only.
