B.P.Ed.

 

Bachelor of Physical Education is a two year full time course dealing with Sports and various disciplines of Physical fitness and activities.

The sports based curriculum comprises theories and practices of Vedic Yoga and Gymnastics, types of Dynamic Physical Exercises, Sports and Athletics, physical fitness and camping etc.

Future Perspective

After successful completion of the course the opportunities which are available to the students are- Marketing of Sports and Business Products, Jobs at Schools and Colleges, Sports administrator at various sports and fitness related areas, Sports Journalist and Sports Instructor etc.

 

  • Eligibility

     
    Graduates in Physical Education with 40% marks
    or
    Graduate with physical education as an elective subject with 40% marks
    or
    Graduate having participated in National/State/Inter-University sports/games/athletics/SGFI
    or
    Any Graduate who participated School, Inter collegiate in Sports/Games OR Passed NCC 'C' Certificate.
    Or
    For Deputed/In service candidates (trained Physical Education teachers/coaches) Graduate with 40% marks.
