  • Carving Classes : Students are taught unique carving skills for attractive display.
  • The students are taught the dining etiquettes / table manners so that they can serve the guest in the most Professional way.
  • “The Telephone Etiquettes”: The students are trained as to how the telephone calls of the guests are to be received in the Hospitality Industry. It enhances their power of speech & simultaneously develops their communication skills.
  • Interior Decoration & Flower Arrangement sessions as well as seminars are the regular feature for training the students as these activities are significant in the overall magnificence and elegance of the Hotel Rooms.
  • Transforms young students into successful hoteliers by a perfect blend of theoretical instructions with maximum practical and on-the-job training.
  • Prepares students as future administrators based on the present day needs and demands of hotels, restaurants and hospitality management.
  • Emphasis is laid on service with smile which is a key to success in hospitality industry.
  • Six months on- the- job training in the leading hotel chains of the country during this course.

  • Quantity Training Kitchen (QTK)
  • Advance Training Kitchen (ATK)
  • Restaurant with Bar Training (Simulation)
  • Front office training in the simulation environment
  • Two Months Vocational Training in Hospitality Organizations.
  • Fully furnished House Keeping Department with a guest room, laundry and textile lab, provides specialised training in linen management, laundry, guest supplies management, accommodation upkeep and other related jobs.
  • Cakes, puddings, pastries etc make the life sweet, and here in IIMT, training is given to make you a future Baker, baking all desserts & many more things. The lab is equipped at par with the professional bakeries
  • Computer Application Lab is equipped with latest technology utilizing teaching tools. "One student one computer" is the norm with Multiple Software Systems.
